Kenya/Somalia: Hunger in Africa



Two correspondents of the ARD and two documentary filmmakers traveling in East Africa on the trail of famine. Marcel Kolvenbach covering Somali refugees in Kakuma Camp UN and nomadic tribes in Kenya's Marsabit. The film reveals that the hunger in Africa is largely man-made. Governments that starve their population cynically calculate on the billions of US dollars from the international community, including and especially with the images of starving children.
